Collective Worship

Collective Worship is planned and delivered each day either through whole school or Key Stage Liturgies, or planned by pupils in the classroom.

During Collective Worship we gather and hear the Word of God, but just as important, we act on that as models of Christ Jesus.

During the year, the school delivers special liturgies that reflect the Church's Calendar, such as Stations of the Cross, Ash Wednesday, The Month of May, Pentecost to name but a few.

Children are expected to take part, and to be respectful at this time.

As part of living out The Gospel in our school, children are now awarded a 'Good Samaritan' certificate where one child each week from the whole school is chosen for showing how they have lived out the Gospel values and by following in Jesus' footsteps by being kind, supportive and going the extra mile to help each other. It is a special certificate and one that all the children try their very best to earn!
